Dear Dr Anderson and Staff,

I wanted to thank you- I love my new teeth! Before I found you I had been through a few dentists. I was thinking that I’d never be able to get my teeth fixed. I have always had a dental phobia. It began in childhood, and then began to escalate with each new visit, until I couldn’t get myself to walk into a dental office at all. This office has by far the most professional, courteous and empathetic staff that I have encountered. I have not once been made to feel ashamed for feeling nervous or for using I.V. sedation. I can’t thank you enough. You have helped change a terrifying experience into a manageable one.
